As automation changes the economic landscape, the need to better serve adult learners is critical to fill new jobs in the economy, reduce unemployment, and help more workers realize the American dream. Despite this need, the majority of ed tech innovation is focused on K-12, leaving adult learners and their educators with little access to resources and best practices.
To that end, we are thrilled to kick off our three-year engagement with the U.S. Department of Education to elevate the teaching of advanced mathematics in adult education through the use of high-quality tech resources. The project seeks to stimulate demand and supply of these resources through market analysis reports, partnership with industry experts, and the creation of teacher user groups to test materials and provide feedback.
