Olivia Anderle is a Senior Talent Associate at Luminary Labs. With a background in technical talent acquisition and psychology, Olivia is adept at building teams and understanding interpersonal dynamics. She provides an exceptional end-to-end recruitment experience for all involved in the hiring process.

Prior to joining Luminary Labs, Olivia served as the only People Ops team member at a growing technology startup. She oversaw the full recruitment life cycle, hiring more than one-third of the team during her time at the company. She sourced qualified candidates across a range of roles, from customer success to data science. She’s passionate about implementing best practices to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process and believes equitable processes result in the most successful hires. She is also certified in Strategic Talent Acquisition by the Human Capital Institute.

Olivia holds a bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Business Management from Manhattan College. She previously conducted psychological research on trauma patients across cultures and the impact of body positivity on music video viewers. In her free time, Olivia enjoys embroidery, trying out new baking recipes, and playing with her cats. She speaks conversational French.
