Bernadette Dossett is an Open Innovation Associate at Luminary Labs. With her analytical thinking, curiosity, and creativity, she can break down complex problems and explore innovative solutions for our clients. She is committed to designing and delivering impactful programs to tackle society’s most challenging problems.

Before joining Luminary Labs, Bernadette was an Analyst at an early-stage Swiss venture capital firm, where she helped identify the most promising health-tech startups in Switzerland. Before venture capital, Bernadette consulted for a boutique innovation firm and corporate venture builder in Vienna, Austria. There, she led startup corporate innovation challenges and accelerator programs. Bernadette coached a range of management teams, from pre-seed startups to large corporations, on innovation strategy and “lean startup” methods.

Bernadette holds a master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Vienna, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Graz in Austria. As a native of Munich, Germany, Bernadette enjoys cooking German and Austrian dishes for her friends. Her other hobbies include reading and exploring New York City by jogging.
