Today, I am delighted to announce Janna Gilbert is now a Partner at Luminary Labs.

Since she joined Luminary Labs in 2013, Janna has been instrumental in evolving our service offering, building and investing in our team, developing deep relationships with our clients, and supporting strategic business expansion. In 2019, Janna was promoted to President, and in recent years, I have deeply valued her counsel as we invested in the people and infrastructure to support our growth.

Approaching our 15th anniversary, I am proud that Luminary Labs is a thriving, independent strategy and innovation consultancy. Each and every day, we have the enormous privilege of tackling the world’s thorniest problems on behalf of global corporations, nonprofits, and federal agencies. We also work with talented and thoughtful colleagues who share our desire to create impact.

Many of the things that are true about Luminary Labs today –– from our growing team to our expanding ambitions –– are a direct result of Janna’s leadership and collaboration.

By creating a partnership path, we are also ensuring that our company’s leadership can expand to meet the scale of our ambitions –– and sustain our deep commitment to organizational sustainability and longevity.
