Earlier this year, Luminary Labs announced a partner path, ensuring that our company’s leadership can expand to meet the scale of our ambitions –– and sustain our deep commitment to the growth and development of both our company and our team. Now, as we enter the second half of 2024, Luminary Labs is thrilled to share the news of three promotions and proud to celebrate our colleagues’ trajectories.
Rebecca Meyer joined Luminary Labs in 2022 and has been promoted to Director. She leads projects with clients across sectors and focus areas. Rebecca is energized by identifying tangible, resourceful solutions for the climate crisis — from preparing the next generation of skilled workers for the energy industry to elevating sustainable innovations in healthcare. This year, Rebecca has led teams working on the AI for Climate and Nature Grand Challenge and CTE Momentum. In her new role, Rebecca will grow our network and identify new opportunities for impact while continuing to oversee the design and delivery of programs that spur resilient and climate-smart innovation.
Harrison Diskin joined Luminary Labs in 2022 and has been promoted to Communications Manager. Harrison helps clients clearly articulate problems and develop compelling messages that engage diverse audiences across our education and infrastructure focus areas. This year, Harrison has developed communications strategies and campaigns for the Learning Landscapes Challenge, CTE Momentum, the Future Finder Challenge, and the AI for Climate and Nature Grand Challenge. In his new role, Harrison will partner with clients and colleagues to lead highly impactful communications strategies, coordinate outreach and dissemination across multiple channels, and track engagement to inform future approaches.
Dalana Kellman joined Luminary Labs in 2021 and has been promoted to Senior Operations Associate. Dalana is personable, professional, and enthusiastic about making sure clients and colleagues feel “at home” at Luminary Labs. This year, Dalana has helped onboard new team members, provided day-to-day administrative support, and led initiatives to foster positive workplace experiences. In her new role, Dalana will collaborate with colleagues on high-profile events, support the planning and execution of business operations projects, and elevate our culture-building initiatives.
